What if I need to cancel or make an order adjustment?

Please email info@starbrazil.co right away, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you accept custom orders?

While we do not accept custom apparel orders, we do accept custom stationery orders for commercial and promotional use. Click here to know more.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Unfortunately, we do not offer digital versions of our stationery. If you place a custom order, you'll receive a digital version as part of the approval process.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Message us at info@starbrazil.co and a team member will be in contact with you shortly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For custom orders, other forms of payment may be arranged.

When will my order ship?

We take pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed before 1 pm CST/2 pm EST, it will be processed the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.

What are my shipping options?

Our current shipping providers are UPS and USPS.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer overnight shipping on weekdays only.

My order is late/missing. What do I do?

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. Please see separate shipping policies for your carrier of choice.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, a refund and/or exchange of any kind will not be offered. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

How long will it take for the refund to arrive?

Once your refund has been approved and processed, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes, we offer store credit if the item is returned unopened and/or in the same condition it was when received.
